And no, your eyes do not deceive you: that is in fact a machete fight between Trejo and Segal. I’d say that’s good enough a reason to get through the scenes with Don Johnson.
Dave Rapoza’s artwork is the visual equivalent of discovering that my nucleus accumbens magically secretes the purest Italian espresso directly onto my central nervous system while simultaneously reproducing the 80′s metal soundtrack of my youth in my primary auditory cortex. If you need me, I’ll be wallowing in front of my screen, entering a semi-catatonic state of ecstasy induced by thrash/fantasy crossover epicness.
If you thought the Empire was evil before, now they’re undead and hungry for some rebel flesh. If you love zombies and Star Wars, then this is a must have for your wardrobe. Your Jedi friends will be sooo jealous!

When the Elves first came to the Four Lands they brought their ancient writing — runes of power and mystery. The flowing script from an Elf Lord’s hand was seeped in magic, bringing either good or ill depending on the author’s intent. For the High Elves, runes were used to heal the land and bring peace. For the Dark Elves, the runes were used as weapons, terrible and destructive.
One of my buddies from D&D recently bought a set of these bad boys in white and showed them off at last night’s weekly session. I prefer the above glowing green ones myself.
The year is 1992 and the first Street Fighter II coin-op hits my local convenience store. Suddenly, my pre-adolescent bloodlust for traditional beat ‘em ups becomes irrevocably mutated into a new found craving for the one-on-one fighter genre.
Since then, I’ve made no secret of my fondness of zombie apocalypse either. So when I came across Brazilian artist Manuel Moura ‘s mashup of the two, I was all over it like a fat kid on an overturned ice-cream truck.
